TF-IDF

Technical Definition

TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) measures word importance in a document relative to a collection. Used in some SEO tools to suggest terms. Modern search uses more sophisticated NLP but TF-IDF principles (using expected terms) remain relevant. Don't over-optimize based on TF-IDF scores.

Simple Explanation (ELI13)

TF-IDF is a way to figure out which words are important in a document. Some SEO tools use it to suggest terms you should include. The idea is that if top-ranking pages use certain terms, maybe you should too. But Google uses more advanced methods, so use it as a guide, not a rule.
